1. Katch(HK) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") is the organiser of this event. Anyone participating in “Katch 2023 Collect The Texts Game’s Event” (hereinafter referred to as “This Event”) organised by The Company represents that he/she has understood and agreed to accept The Terms and Conditions. He/She is obligated to the privacy statement and declaration of The Company and This Event.

2. The promotion period of this Event is from today to 10 Dec 2022.

3. The redemption period of “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” provided in This Event is from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023.

4. This Event is only applicable to members with “Katch Plus”* membership (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) and registered in real name. During the promotion period, Member who consumes every 1,000 membership Katch Points in a single receipt in Katchmart "KATCH2023" game Consume 2,000 Katch Points will automatically get two chances to participate in This Event, zone in the Katch mobile application ("Katch App") can automatically get one chance to participate in This Event. and so on. There is no limit of the number of chances Member can participate in This Event. The number of chances to participate in This Event will be displayed in the Member’s account in Katch App. The chance to participate in This Event can only be used within the promotion period. The expired chance will be forfeited automatically without any notification and no objection from Member will be accepted.
During the promotion period, each Member can only in maximum redeem one “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” in This Event.

5. Member is required to visit "Katch Truck" and / or “Katch Office” in person to use the chance to participate in This Event and no substitution by other person is allowed.
Details of the location of "Katch Truck" will be announced one day before in Katch’s official Instagram account and Facebook page.

6. Before participating in This Event, Member is required to present their identity document to The Company staff to confirm the Member’s identity. In case of doubt of the identity or the provided identity document of the Member, The Company staff shall reserve the right to reject that Member to participate in This Event. Member is required to present their identity document and fill in the first 4 digits of the Hong Kong identity card for record on the acknowledgement receipt to redeem the “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket”.

7. When participating This Event, Member can only consecutively use seven chances in maximum to participate This Event and then must need to queue up again.

8. Rules of This Event:

During the promotion period, Member can go to the designated location to participate in This Event with the chance displayed in the Katch App. One chance shown in the Katch App will be deducted for one chance used to participate in This Event.
When participating in This Event, Member needs to follow The Company staff’s instructions to draw one table tennis ball in maximum from the "Invincible Fan" within 5 seconds. The Company staff will distribute a QR CODE card representing the word text to the Member according to the word text* printed on the table tennis ball. Member needs to use the Katch App to scan the QR CODE to register the word text in the Member’s Katch account. Member should be aware that each QR CODE card can only be scanned once. If the QR CODE card is lost or stolen by others for scanning, no compensation will be made by The Company and no objection from Member is accepted. In case of any dispute, The Company reserves the right of final decision and no objection from Member is accepted.
*There are 8 kinds of word text in total, including: "K", "A", "T", "C", "H", "20", "23", and "中".
The period of QR CODE cards distribution is from today to 10 Dec 2022. Member needs to scan the QR CODE card and redeem the “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” via Katch App on or before 15 Dec 2022. Any delay of scanning QR CODE card or ticket redemption represents giving up the opportunity.
Member can receive a special word text “百搭” if he/she consume in accumulation up to 15,000 membership Katch Points in Katchmart "KATCH2023" game zone. Word text “百搭” can be used to represent anyone one of the seven word texts: "K", "A", "T", "C", "H", "20", "23". Each Member can only get two word text “百搭” in maximum.
During the promotion period, Member only need to collect one set of the seven word texts - "K", "A", "T", "C", "H", "20", "23" in their Katch account OR scan the word text “中” QR Code card for registration to redeem one “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” in the Katch App. Member should aware that no matter how many word texts are collected and registered in their Katch account, each Member can only get one “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” in This Event.

9. Result of prize reward can only base on game record stored in The Company’s server and no screenshot or any other means to apply prize redemption is accepted. In case of dispute, The Company reserves the right of final decision and no objection from Member is accepted.

10. Redemption mechanism of “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” must need to fulfil the organiser’s requirement to redeem the designated ticket. (Please refer to related notification shown in Katch App or website.)

11. Once the products in the "KATCH2023" game zone are redeemed by Katch Points, the corresponding Katch Points will be deducted and no return or refund will be allowed.

12. Katch Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in any way for cash. Member is not allowed to sell, purchase, conveyance or transfer their Katch account or Katch Points to the other. For details of how to gain Katch Points please refer to “Katch Points Terms and Conditions”.

13. “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” is not allowed for sell or transfer by Member. If inappropriate participation of This Event by Member is found, The Company reserve the right to cancel the qualification of participation and prize redemption of that Member without any notification.

14. If the "Katch Truck" cannot arrive at the designated parking location as scheduled and therefore location change is made due to bad weather condition, no objection from Member will be accepted. The Company will not bear any responsibility.

15. Member is not allowed to sell “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” or transfer the chance to participate to other members or any other person.

16. Member can use “2023 Annual Redemption Ticket” to redeem different activity’s ticket provided by The Company. Member can inform The Company the selection of activity’ ticket redemption via Katch App but Member must need to follow the instruction in the email sent by The Company which states the designated time and venue to redeem that activity’s ticket or otherwise the redemption will be invalid if expired. Member needs to register and set username using real name in Katch App. Member is required to present their identity document to The Company staff on the gift redemption date to confirm the Member’s identity to redeem the gift (such as activity’s ticket). In case of doubt of the identity or the provided identity document of the Member, The Company staff shall reserve the right to reject the qualification of redemption of that Member.

17. If inappropriate participation of This Event by Member is found, The Company reserve the right to cancel the qualification of participation and prize redemption of that Member without any notification.

18. Member must ensure the information he/she provides for member registration is all true, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any fraud. The Company takes no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push notifications or emails.

19. For fairness, The Company staffs are not allowed to participate in This Event.

20. For information on the responsibility and policy of collecting, retaining, processing or dealing with personal data in any way related to privacy matters, please refer to the privacy policy statement in the Katch App.

21. In case of any dispute, The Company reserves the right of final decision.

22. This Event does not constitute an offer, invitation or recommendation to any person to engage in any transaction described in this Terms Conditions or any similar transaction.
This Event or this Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed, implied or suggest any person to participate in any business conduct on behalf of Katch, except as otherwise stated in this Terms and Conditions.

23. A person who is not a party to this Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or have the benefit of any of the provisions of this Terms and Conditions.

24. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
